Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zenuro (the "Service"), an AI tool that turns long-form videos and podcasts into shorter clips and vertical shorts. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zenuro lets you upload audio/video and automatically generates topic-based clips and vertical shorts with subtitles. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

2. Accounts

Provide a valid email, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18.

3. Your content & ownership

You keep ownership of your uploads and the clips produced. You grant Zenuro a limited, temporary license to process, transcribe, store and transform your content solely to provide the Service. You confirm you hold all rights to the content and it breaks no laws or third-party rights. If you use the AI voice-dubbing feature, you additionally confirm that you have the rights to the source content and all necessary consent to clone and reproduce the voice(s) it contains. You are solely responsible for obtaining that consent; Zenuro is not liable for unauthorized voice cloning.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful or sexually exploitative content, and do not disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload it. We may suspend violating accounts.

5. Plans, quotas & payment

There is a free plan and paid plans with monthly processing quotas (input minutes). Quotas reset every 30 days. You can pay by international card in US dollars through Gumroad, by Russian bank card in rubles through lava.top, or in cryptocurrency through Cryptomus. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

6. Auto-renewal and cancellation

A plan paid by card (through Gumroad or lava.top) is a subscription. It is paid in advance for the period you choose (1, 3 or 12 months) and renews automatically at the end of each period: the payment service charges the same card again until you cancel. A crypto payment covers the chosen period once and does not renew.

You can cancel at any time in your account with one click: open the plans window and choose "Cancel my subscription". Renewal stops, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the account moves to the free plan. For a lava.top subscription the button switches off renewal at lava.top right away (if lava.top does not respond, we do it manually). Gumroad does not let us do this automatically, so for a Gumroad subscription the button sends us a cancellation request and we cancel the subscription in Gumroad ourselves.

If you buy a different plan while a subscription is active, we cancel the previous subscription so that you are not charged twice. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Handled per our Refund Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (AI transcription/language models, email, payments, hosting). If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Provided without warranties. We do not guarantee any result or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenuro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to what you paid in the prior 3 months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account anytime; we may suspend access for violations or legal reasons.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
